  One of the great things I love about Google is our ability to share honest experiences with the public....good or bad...so people can make informed decisions
  
  Let me tell you about our experience with Donna (and Steve) Halgas. I'll keep it general. Why? Well, because word on the street is some realtors (not to imply Donna or Steve Halgas have done so) like to spend their time suing or threatening to sue customers who had a bad experience and express that experience in detail. Zillow and Trulia (from our experience) don't allow any type of honest feedback about a negative experience. Maybe that's why you only see primarily positive reviews on Zillow? Fear of frivolous lawsuits? Makes one wonder. And who is writing those reviews anyway?
  
  Although I could get very specific and give definitive proof of all facts, it's really not necessary and I can express our experience with Donna and Steve Halgas without specific details.
  
  I'll keep it simple. The first meeting was great. We met them. Seemed real personable and nice. But then, it was downhill from there. We felt communication was extremely poor. Truthfully, we just didn't feel that they had our best interests in mind. Mistakes were made and when issues were brought to the attention of Denise Jasinski (Office Manager) at the 10 W Main St Office, nothing was done to rectify the situation for us. Frankly, we felt we were talked down to like we were just scum off the st. It really was an experience I wouldn't want to see anyone else go through. I could go on and on, but I'll just say we would never recommend them. Plenty of great realtors out there, and maybe they still exist in the Moorestown Office. Who knows.
  
  We have a realtor helping us with new construction and she is wonderful so we DO know what a great realtor can be.
  
  So Donna and Steve, if you read this....no offense...but this Google Profile is here for both positive and negative reviews. This isn't Zillow or Trulia. If your customer isn't happy and they feel you did a less than stellar job, you get negative feedback. That's business.
