  Absolute worst customer service in the world. They have no problem making you wait forever. Two days in a row they said ""one minute' or "we will "try" and find you someone" and the minute becomes 15- 20 minutes.
  
  All they seem to be doing is changing displays around instead of helping me with an order. They talk down to you about flooring because they are the experts and we don't know what we are talking about apparently.
  And when i became upset they fight back at you.
  all i can say is... Im allowed to be upset. Not yell..but be upset. Well not there. They will not deal with you then. They literally punished me for getting upset for ignoring me. Again...No yelling from me.
  Never ever going back. They truly make home depot and lowes look like angels. All i can say is... If you don't want my business then change your line of work. Stop treating customers like you are doing them a favor.
