  Kathy is a great realtor! We had a bad experience with an agent when we bought our last house in Delran. So when it came time to downsize, I was determined to find a good agent. I heard about Kathy through word-of-mouth, and I'm so glad I did. Kathy does everything right.
  
  She is knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. She was quick to respond to every email, text, and phone call. We were never left in the dark or wondering what was happening. One of her great qualities is how patient and diplomatic she is in dealing with difficult people and situations. Kathy is able to keep everyone happy and things moving forward.
  
  She really takes the time to learn about what YOU are looking for in a home. I never felt rushed or pressured during our search. My husband and I had trouble agreeing on our next house and I changed my mind a million times. Kathy never got frustrated with us. In fact she took it all in and was able to find us the perfect home.
  
  Kathy goes above and beyond. I can't imagine having anyone else as our agent!
