  Lisa, the N.P. is super awesome. I don't love the doctor - and there is a particular nurse that should learn to smile, after all it IS a children's pediatric office. The waiting area could be a little more sanitary, perhaps moving the toys and books out, and sending sick visitors to the closed area where well patients are asked to sit (which, by the way, no one really heeds anyway). The exam room walls are paper thin and MUST violate some portion of HIPPA because I hear things I shouldn't hear when I'm there. Again, the asset is LISA - she's great. Most of the staff are pretty nice, except for a nurse here or there that looks like she loathes her job. Could there be better? Sure. Could there be worse? Oh yes.

  Extremely long wait times every time and then they charged 117 to weigh my daughter, no doctor was even in the building at the time for our appointment!!
