  I have received my medical supplies from this company for several years. They constantly screwed up my order of the same 5 items. I have lost about 5 months of medical supplies due to their incompetence. The employees do not stay long enough to learn their products. Amy in customer service is rude and condescending while i try to fix my order missing items again. I finally told my insurance company that i will not except any more supplies from this company. Really how hard is it to send 5 items every 3 months. Don't use this company if you have a choice.

  Do not ever buy any medical supplies from here. Please use another facility. Yes they are a total fraud and still billing me for the last 6 months for a breast pump that was covered by my insurance. This pump goes for 249 in the store, they bill Insurance for $420 and Insurance pays them $250 and my payment to them is suppose to be zero. They are even billing me for one that I returned. This breast pump is still brand new and I wanted to return it but because Insurance already paid for it I am keeping it to give it to someone else as a gift as I use a rented hospital graded pump. As of tomorrow I am seeking a lawyer as this has to STOP and if I have to make it STOP and save other people from this company. I will do it. I dont have the time and patience anymore calling and wasting my precious time and minutes that I could spend with my baby.
