  Very dissapointed. Spent thousands (in excess of 5 thousand) at this place over the past couple years as a do-it-yourselfer remodeling my master bath. All along, they said bring the extras back as long as it is unopened.
  
  But unlike the earlier reviewer, they wouldn't take 2 extra unopened canisters of ivory grout mix and 2 tubes of unopened caulk. Very disappointing.
  
  Well, 2 more bathrooms and a kitchen to remodel. I WILL NOT be using the Tile Shop. On to Avalon.
